How do I set up the alarm with the goob Device?

Create an alarm in the app and choose the Device mission. Place your goob Device away from your bed, like the bathroom or the kitchen. When the alarm rings, it only stops when you walk over and tap your phone on the Device. No battery, no charging, no pairing needed.

How does the app blocker work?

In goob it's called focus mode. You choose which apps stay locked in the morning. From your alarm until your routine is done, those apps are unavailable. Emergency calls always work.

How do I manage or cancel my subscription?

Subscriptions are handled by Apple, not by us. On your iPhone, go to Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions, pick goob, and manage or cancel from there. No calls, no forms. Apple's guide walks you through it step by step.

How do I restore my purchases?

Open the goob app, go to settings, and tap Restore purchases. Make sure you're signed in with the same Apple ID you used when you subscribed. If nothing comes back, email us and we'll sort it out.

The alarm didn't ring. What do I check?

Just one thing: permissions. goob rings through silent mode, low volume and Focus, so none of those can stop it. It only needs your permission for alarms, the one the app asks for when you set it up. Double check in Settings > goob that alarms are allowed. If it still doesn't ring, email us.
